18th April – Bluebell Wood Wild Garden

This is the other project we ran on Saturday morning, in the Bluebell Wood Wild Garden, ran by Lesley and Brian. There was a lot of clearing of weeds before planting and Simon can be seen here getting stuck into the task. Careful laying out of the new plants to hopefully grow and take hold and provide a good display and attract bees.

Simon surveying the scene whilst the new plants waited patiently

Lesley and Roger hard at work whilst Chris and Brian found water

Finishing touches by Simon and then plants carefully laid out

Lesley and roger planting and the finished job, quite a transformation !
